使用条款与条件

1. 邀请制平台

本网站为邀请制平台,仅限持有有效邀请码(注册密钥)的用户使用。未经邀请的用户无法注册或访问本平台的服务。

2. 开发阶段说明

申法小助手目前仍处于开发阶段。平台功能可能不完整,服务可能出现中断或错误。我们正在不断改进和完善系统,感谢您的理解与支持。

3. 不提供公开注册

本平台目前不对公众开放注册。所有用户账户均需要通过邀请码获得。如果您希望使用本服务,请联系我们获取邀请码。

4. 服务使用协议

使用本平台服务即表示您同意遵守相关使用条款。由于平台仍在开发中,部分功能和条款可能随时调整,请您定期查看本页面以了解最新信息。

5. 退款政策

为保障用户权益与服务公平性,申法小助手(LiuxueFrance.com)制定如下退款政策:

付款后的15天内,未使用任何服务的用户

若用户自付款日起 15 日内,未使用任何服务,可申请全额退款。

付款的30天内,仅使用了网站智能功能的用户

若用户自付款日起 30 日内,仅使用了网站的智能功能,可申请退款;平台将扣除 150 欧元服务费,剩余部分全额退还。

付款后的30天内,已开始材料准备和/或咨询导师的用户

若用户已进入人工服务阶段(包括材料准备、文书修改、导师咨询等),则退款金额将按以下规则计算:

  • 扣除基础服务费 150 欧元;

  • 扣除 150 欧元 × 已开始项目数;

  • 扣除 100 欧元 × 已咨询小时数;

  • 扣除 100 欧元 × 院校面试模拟次数;

  • 扣除签证辅助费用;

剩余部分全额退还。

备注: 所有退款申请须在服务合同有效期内提出,并经平台审核确认。退款将在确认后 15 个工作日内原路退回。若因用户提供虚假信息、故意隐瞒材料、未按时配合服务等原因导致申请失败,平台有权拒绝退款。


Terms and Conditions

1. Invitation-Only Platform

This website is an invitation-only platform, exclusively accessible to users who possess a valid invitation code (registration key). Users without an invitation cannot register or access the platform's services.

2. Development Stage Notice

申法小助手 is currently under development. Platform features may be incomplete, and services may experience interruptions or errors. We are continuously improving and refining the system. Thank you for your understanding and support.

3. No Public Registration

This platform currently does not offer public registration. All user accounts must be obtained through invitation codes. If you wish to use our services, please contact us to obtain an invitation code.

4. Service Usage Agreement

Using this platform's services indicates your agreement to comply with the relevant terms of use. As the platform is still under development, some features and terms may be adjusted at any time. Please check this page regularly for the latest information.

5. Refund Policy

To ensure fairness and transparency, LiuxueFrance.com establishes the following refund policy:

Within 15 days of payment — no services used

If the user has not used any services within 15 days from the payment date, a full refund may be requested.

Within 30 days of payment — only used automated functions

If the user has used only automated features within 30 days from payment, a refund may be requested with a deduction of €150 service fee. The remaining amount will be fully refunded.

Within 30 days of payment — manual services (document prep / mentor consulting) started

If manual services have begun (e.g., document preparation, essay editing, mentor consultation), then the refund will be calculated as:

  • Deduct €150 base fee;

  • Deduct €150 × number of projects started;

  • Deduct €100 × number of consultation hours;

  • Deduct €100 × number of mock interview sessions;

  • Deduct visa assistance fees;

The remaining balance will be refunded.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within the contract validity period and will be processed within 15 working days after approval. Refunds are not applicable in cases where the user provides false information, conceals documents, or fails to cooperate within the required timeline.
